About This Role
We need someone who's done the ground work and is ready to lead. As a Sales Team Lead, you'll manage a team of 5-10 field agents, set daily targets, train new hires, and keep the energy high. You'll still spend time in the field - leading by example - but your main impact will be multiplying your team's output. If you've led a sales team before and want to build something meaningful in food-tech, this is your role.
What You'll Do
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents for your zone
Set daily and weekly targets for your team and track performance
Conduct morning briefings and weekly review meetings
Spend 2-3 days per week in the field with your team, coaching and closing
Resolve escalations and handle difficult customer conversations
Report team metrics and insights to the sales head weekly
Identify high-performing agents for fast-track growth opportunities
What We're Looking For
2+ years of field sales experience, with at least 6 months managing a team
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English
Ability to motivate and hold a team accountable without micromanaging
Own two-wheeler and Android smartphone
Based in Ahmedabad with knowledge of local residential and commercial areas
